Provides care and supervision in licensed group facilities for dependent adults 21 years of age and up with physical and/or mental disabilities. Services include social and recreational activities, training that is essential for sustaining activities of daily living and hot meals, as appropriate.

Provides intensive rehabilitation services for medically stable patients who have sustained a significant loss of independent living skills as a result of stroke, brain injury, spinal cord injury, multiple trauma, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, ALS or other physical or neurological conditions; and require coordinated care and multiple therapies to address their extensive rehabilitation needs.

Description

Provides educational opportunities to typically developing and special needs children starting at six weeks of age. Preschool curriculum available to children ages 3, 4 and 5 years of age. Care is provided by credentialed staff with structured activities including: art, reading, music, sensory stimulation, gross and fine motor skill development, as well as play time.
