Must have/meet: * Homeless or at risk of being homeless * Discharge from service cannot be a dishonorable * Income guidelines * At least 6 months of active service * Cannot be a registered sex offender * Cannot be a violent offender such as, murder or manslaughter * Willing to relocate to the center (Eastern Kentucky) * Willing to participate in the Center's programs

Provides extended shelter and supportive services for homeless veterans with the goal of helping them live independently and transition into permanent housing. Works with the Huntington VAMC to aid veterans in applying for any federal, state and/or local, benefits they may qualify for. Eligible veterans will be able to receive healthcare services though VAMC.
