Provides Breathitt, Knott, Letcher and Perry Counties with an animal shelter, pet education, advocacy, investigation, rescue and adoption services. Offers vouchers for reduced-cost spay and neuter services and free services to eligible households. Provides reduced-cost clinics for vaccinations and licenses.
