Description
Provides preschool education for 4-year-old children whose families meet income eligibility guidelines, and for three- and four-year-old children identified with developmental delay or disabilities, regardless of income.

A child must have/meet: * Be 4 years old by August 1st and meet income guidelines in which the family has a household income of no more than 160% of the federal poverty level, or * Be 3 years old or 4 years old by August 1st and have identified disabilities or developmental delay, regardless of income * Other children who will be four years old by August 1st when placements are available, per district plan
