Provides the application form and the financial assistance needed to pay the application fee in order to help people obtain a copy of a birth certificate in situations where they cannot otherwise afford one. A copy of a birth certificate can be provided one time only for each Neighborhood Card holder.

                                      The 2022 CAReS Giving Tree Program: The time period for donors to choose a child's gift list and shop for it will be from November 14 to December 9, 2022. The CAReS Giving Tree program provides families in need with Christmas gifts, clothing and food vouchers.

                                      Description

                                      Provides a central collection point at the Ashland Town Center Mall for donated toys and gifts which are contributed to the Giving Tree program. Donors pick up a card with a child's name off the Giving Tree. After choosing a child's wish list card, donors shop and return all items to the Giving Tree table staffed by CAReS volunteers before they leave.
