Compassionate Friends of Frankfort: A support group for parents, siblings and grandparents that have experienced the death of a child.
Description
Provides a variety of different support groups (i.e. spouse/partner, young widowed persons, mother/father-loss, traumatic/sudden loss) for those who are anticipating the loss or experienced the loss of a loved one.

Provides a full range of supportive services for terminally ill individuals who are in the final stages of their illnesses and for their families. Description
Provides a comprehensive service package that permits persons 55 and older to continue living at home while receiving services rather than being institutionalized. The PACE program becomes the sole source of services for Medicare and Medicaid eligible enrollees. Provides social and medical services primarily in an adult day health center, supplemented by in-home and referral services in accordance with the participant's needs.
