Description
Provides a program that places stray and homeless domestic pets with people who are willing to care for them. All animals adopted from the Franklin County Humane Society are spayed or neutered and are update on all vaccines.

Description
Provides a program that traps feral cats who cannot be tamed and placed into homes, neuters or spays them and releases them onto the street to live out the remainder of their lives. The program reduces the feral cat population by halting the production of litters rather than capturing and killing the animals.
