Description
Provides vouchers for a Kentucky Utilities (KU) bill up to $294 for people whose electricity has been or is at risk of being shut off. Also offers assistance through the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) which is usually available 1 time per calendar year (or heating season).
