Description
Provides vouchers for a Kentucky Utilities (KU) bill up to $294 for people whose electricity has been or is at risk of being shut off. Also offers the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), for low-income households. The assistance is usually available 1 time per calendar year (or heating season).
