Hot meals delivered Monday, Wednesday and Friday with frozen meals for Tuesday and Thursday.
Description
Prepares and delivers regular meals to older adults and people with disabilities who are unable to shop and/or prepare the food for themselves or travel to a site where a meal is being served. Frozen meals provided for days when delivery isn't scheduled.

Must have/meet: * 60 years of age or older * Spouse of a person 60 years of age or older * Unable to attend a congregate site because of illness or an incapacitating disability * Does not have a person in the home able to prepare a nutritious meal on a regular basis * Under 60 years of age with a disability and resides with a homebound individual 60 years of age or older
