Description:
Serves individuals ages 3 to adult who have intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) providing experiences and opportunities for IDD individuals with the goal for them to live and participate in their community. Works with individuals who qualify for Supports for Community Living (SCL) waiver or the Michelle P. Waiver (MPW). Offers Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review (PASSR), Acquired Brain Injury (ABI) services and supports, helps people with Participant Directed Services (PDS) and serve those are not on waivers and qualify for State General Funds Services.

Description
Provides services for individuals with developmental disabilities that focus on enabling the individual to attain his or her maximum functional level and which may serve to reinforce skills or lessons taught in school, therapy or other settings.
