Description
Provides intensive case management for families with young children from infancy to 5 years of age living in Fayette County. Participation is voluntary, time limited (approximately 6 months) and offered at no cost to the parent.

Provides Health Access Nurturing Development Services (HANDS), a voluntary home visitation program for moms, dads and families. Services can begin during pregnancy and last up to 2 years post delivery. High School Parent Education Program
Description
Provides an opportunity for pregnant teens or teen parents in Fayette County to learn parenting and life skills while completing requirements for a high school diploma. Transportation and childcare is available. Program is a partnership between the City of Lexington and Fayette County Public Schools.
