Description
Provides assistance for residents who risk service disconnection due to delinquent LexServ billing accounts. The program pays 50% of the customer's total bill and are set up on a monthly installment plan to assist paying the remaining balance to LEXserv.

Description
Provides financial assistance for residents who are participants in the sewer and landfill program. The program will pay a portion of the customer's monthly sewer, water quality management fee and landfill fee owed to LEXserv. Clients must recertify each year to continue receiving monthly discounts.
