Provides assistance for residents who risk service disconnection due to delinquent LexServ billing accounts. The program pays 25% of the customer's total bill and are set up on a monthly installment plan to assist paying the remaining balance to LEXserv.

Sewer and landfill user fee program. A qualified client may receive up to 50 or 30 percent grant for the cost of the sewer usage and/or water quality management fee and 50 percent of the landfill fee.
Description
Provides financial assistance for residents who are participants in the sewer and landfill program. The program will pay a portion of the customer's monthly sewer, water quality management fee and landfill fee owed to LEXserv. Clients must recertify each year to continue receiving monthly discounts.

Provides water service payment assistance to persons in need. Maximum assistance is $250. Community & Resident Services has partnered with the Dollar Energy Fund, Inc. and now offers assistance through the H2O - Help Others Programs. The H20 - Help to Others Program assists eligible utility customers with their Kentucky American Water bills. Customers may be eligible to receive a grant that's applied directly to their utility bill.
