Description
All the children available for adoption through the Department of Human Services have one thing in common: Their birth parents are no longer able to care for them. Most of the children have special needs. They are: Older children (6 years of age or older) NOTE: We have very few infants in our custody Sibling groups or two or more Children with severe emotional, mental or physical needs Children with severe medical conditions
