Description
Provides an opportunity for students to participate in academic challenges and earn scholarships to local colleges and technical schools through the Academic Challenge II program. Offers the Lifting and Impacting Futures Today Conference (LIFT) one-day conference to learn about college and exploring career options for students and their parents across Kentucky. Parents participate in financial aid workshops, explore resources and learn about student supports. High school seniors have an opportunity to compete for college scholarships.

Please bring with you: * Picture ID * Social Security cards or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN) for all family members * Wage and earning statements (Form W-2, W-2G, 1099-R, 1099-Misc) for all employers * Interest and dividend statements (Forms 1099) * All Forms 1095, Health Insurance Statements * Health Insurance Exemption Certificate, if received * A copy of last yearâs tax returns, if available * Proof of bank account routing and account numbers for direct deposit such as a blank check * Total paid for daycare provider and the daycare providersâ tax identifying number such as their Social Security number or business Employer Identification Number * Forms 1095-A, B, or C, Affordable Health Care Statements * Copies of income transcripts from IRS and state, if applicable
