Boyd Outpatient Addiction Services, Pathways

Description

Provides an intensive outpatient program and a regular outpatient program to treat substance use disorders in youth or adults. Services include a comprehensive substance abuse and mental health assessment; individual, couples, family and group counseling as needed, substance abuse education and relapse prevention. A peer support specialist, case management services and post-detox medication-assisted treatment are available, as well as medications for psychiatric disorders.

Must have/meet: * Clients under the age of 18 must have parent/guardian consent * Client must be seen in person for the first appointment before starting telehealth services * Periodic in-person appointments are required after starting telehealth services

Kentucky Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance and self-pay accepted, with a sliding scale fee available for self-pay
