Description
Provides written authorization for an adult or teenager (at least 16 years of age) to operate a motor vehicle after passing a written and driving examination and a vision test. Also renews expiring driver licenses, replaces driver licenses that are lost or stolen and processes name and address changes.

Eligibility
Must have/meet: * US Citizen or permanent resident * Resident of Kentucky with no suspensions in any other states * 16 years of age or older with a permit for 180 days if younger than 21 years old or 30 days if older than 21 years old

Description
Provides non-driver identification card to Kentucky residents who don't have a valid ID card, driver license or instruction permits from the state or any other jurisdiction. The ID card can be used to prove your identity, age and residence in a variety of situations.
