SEARCH TERMS: Adult Foster Homes Provides adult foster homes for veterans needing help with day-to-day care. Veterans live with a foster family, have their own room, access to the house, meals, and receive medical care in the home through the Home Based Primary Care team. This program is an alternative for the Veteran to living alone or in a nursing home.
